Well, I am a poor festival organizer.  Not only did I not see any movie this weekend, but I also found out that the movie I did plan to see, The Brothers Bloom, is only playing in NYC this weekend and isn’t wide-released till 5/29.  Upon further inspection, I’ve also found that a number of release dates I claimed on the original fest schedule are actually limited release dates, so from now on, let’s all consider that more of a chronological guideline than a strict outline.

I did discover that Anvil! The Story of Anvil is playing nearby, and while I didn’t get out to see it this weekend I hope to sometime this week.  Can’t promise anything, my life is kind of tied up with finding a new job by next Monday, but if I have three hours free I’ll try to make it.  And should you find yourself in a position to see it, go for it and let me know about it.

PS- I found a really cool way to listen to music- twisten.fm.  Pulls music that people are posting to twitter and lets you stream it right there.  Also lets you search songs, and every song I’ve searched so far has been there, and I’ve looked up some pretty obscure ones, though I haven’t really put it to the test yet.
