Sean’s Probably Way Off-Base Lost Questions

Questions are easier than theories.

• So the Numbers don’t coincide with the people, but with the degree on the compass that their name falls at.  Why do the names appear at the degrees they appear at?  Why is Jack at 23 instead of 24? or 32? or 100? or 11 billion?
• SERIOUSLY, why hasn’t Kate been mentioned yet?
• Apparently if it weren’t for Jacob and the Island, Jack would be a sober, separated-but-responsible father.  Who did he have David with?  His wife from early in his life?  I don’t think it could be: with the island underwater and unable to affect events on the surface, everything all the way back to the Black Rock is totally different.  This seems to be a sober, responsible Sideways Jack, how else has he changed?  Is he now able to leave broken things be, or is he still the great fixer?  Would he ever promise to “fix” his future (now ex) wife, thereby falling in love with and marrying her?  With the Black Rock passing over the island decades ago, would she even still need to be fixed?
• Is Claire infected, or dead and being inhabited by the Smoke Monster?
• Where’s Christian Shepard?  Where’s that cabin?
